The International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) meets for the first time in India at Hyderabad during 19-27, August, 2010. A satellite conference of ICM2010 on “Rings and Near Rings” is being held at Shillong from August 30 to September 11, 2010. It is locally organized by the Department of Mathematics, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
